Performance is a feature we own
Frame budgets are tracked per release. A change that costs 2 ms needs a reason, and "we'll optimize later" is not one of them.

We use what we build, daily
Everyone here has instrumented a real system with the SDK. Bugs get found because they annoyed an engineer on a Tuesday, not because a dashboard flagged them.

Async first, but not always
Written decisions, few standing meetings, and two on-site weeks a year in Astana that everybody attends. Travel and time are on us.
